• Weekdays the team is onsite in the office area next to the Studio, but you will have the whole studio to yourself, if you need help moving the furniture around, we recommend booking during work hours on a weekday so that we can assist as furniture must NOT be dragged across the floors. Large items will require 2 people to move. Damage to floors may result in an charges for repair.

• Booking times / overtime / bump in and pack down time is part of the booking, so please allocate enough time for this.

• Cleaning information - clean shoes to avoid marking white cyclorama wall, avoid eating food on fabric couches, quick vacuum if required.

• CYCLORAMA WALL *please note this wall at the base (curve) is not weight bearing and MUST NOT be stepped on at any time. Please ensure no furniture or backdrops are placed onto this area, also be sure not to walk, climb or step back on to this section. If any damage occurs please notify our team immediately.

• NO open flames (candles), glitter, smoke machines or confetti. 

• Pets or any animals are not permitted on site

• No Smoking within the confines of the studio or anywhere inside the building premises.

• No Alcohol in the studio (unless discussed prior)

• Please do not leave any liquids, food scraps, or perishables in the Studio. Please use the rubbish bins provided in the kitchenette. Any large items, please use the bins located outside.

• Please return all props and furniture to their original position prior to leaving and please refrain from removing any of these items from the Studio area.

• If you have made the booking, we ask that you be present and contactable at all times during the hire.

• Minors and small infants must be supervised by an adult at all times. *Special mention to our prop shelf and also our CYCLORAMA wall as this cannot be walked on at all due to weight restrictions.

• If any equipment, furniture, props, fixtures, etc. are damaged, broken, or stained please notify our team immediately.
